It is very common to receive your alterations in one week or less, however it depends on our workload. Custom made clothing will typically take a bit longer, but we work with our customers’ deadlines and additional fees may apply for express items.

Do you take custom orders for uniforms?

If there is not something available in the size you need, we can custom make it for you.

Yes, we offer alteration services to not let customers face the inconvenience of going elsewhere for that service.

What if I’m not satisfied with the design or fit?

The design would be discussed before the process begins and agreed by the customer. There are many different and unique body types, however, we always do our best to ensure each customer is happy with the final outcome of their garment. Customer satisfaction is our goal!

Are there any options for extra fast delivery?

Our aim is always to do garments as quickly as possible, but if something is needed more urgently than our schedule allows, then extra fees may apply.
